The MOSAIQ EMR supports oncology professionals in all aspects of the management and delivery of cancer care.
One-time software license and implementation fees, plus a monthly maintenance fee which includes support and upgrades. A single license is for a single database. There are extra fees for additional sites. MOSAIQ is designed to run on Windows based workstations/servers in a LAN/WAN environment. The environment typically consists of an application/data server (making the MOSAIQ application available to LAN users and non-SQL data available to LAN/WAN users), Citrix/Terminal Servers (making the MOSAIQ application available to WAN users) and a Microsoft SQL database server with associated storage.
Clinical Decision Support (a9)

The clinical decision support module allows clinicians and administrative personnel to configure extensive clinical rules to guide medical decisions and workflows.
One-time software license and implementation fees, plus a monthly maintenance fee. The license fee is based on number of active users IQ Scripts may require additional professional services to implement. Customers can develop these scripts but specialized expertise is required. Electronic prescribing (b3)

Users can electronically create prescriptions and send information electronically to community pharmacies.
One-time software license, implementation fees, and an annual maintenance fee per database and an annual per-provider identity proofing fee. All new customers wanting to add additional users must make sure providers have completed identity proofing. Initially, identity proofing was required only for electronic prescribing for controlled substances. Exact requirements may vary from state to state.
Patient-reported outcomes interface (e3)

Patient-reported outcomes can be received from portals and other patient-facing applications.
One-time software license and implementation fee, plus an annual maintenance fee. Licensed one per sending system. Interfaces may require additional configuration post implementation if target systems are modified.
Immunization interface (f1)

The immunization interface transmits immunization information electronically to local public health agencies.

The Patient Access API allows a patient to access their health information using an application of their choice.
