Why should I move to a software subscription?

MOSAIQ Plaza software subscription packages enable customers to secure new innovations and the latest functionality in the cloud without having to invest significant capital up front.

Can I substitute software products inside the MOSAIQ Plaza packages?

No, if you would like to make the packages a la carte, please purchase the stand-alone product for an additional subscription. The subscription will be more expensive in this situation.

Can I host software products myself and get a discount for that?

Yes, you can host these products yourself. However, MOSAIQ Oncology Analytics, Kaiku Health, ProKnow, and METRIQ are all cloud-native products and cannot be hosted on a customer site. Normal discount rules apply. There is no discount for self-hosting customers in Axis-enabled countries.

Which package should I purchase?

We always recommend the higher band to accommodate any discrepancies. If you go over the purchased patient number by 10%, you will be billed at the higher rate the next year. Please sign-up to speak to local sales representatives for more information.

Can I get a rebate because of less than ordered patient numbers?

Elekta is providing a subscription up to a certain number of patients. Subsequent years can be adjusted as required. Customers will receive a monthly report that tracks patient volume to ensure they are on the correct subscription and can use the system adequately. This service will be available for both Axis and non-Axis customers.

Is there an additional charge for hosting and support?

No. The MOSAIQ Plaza software subscription packages include both Elekta Care Support and Microsoft Azure Cloud hosting in addition to the software solutions included in the packages.
