The Leksell Vantage Stop Holder is engraved with a scale from -40 millimeters to +40 millimeters. With the horizontal index mark on the instrument carrier at the 0 millimeters setting, the active part of a surgical instrument of standard Leksell length (190 millimeters) is put exactly at the target.
