Anna Ohlsson-Leijon, representing SEB funds, has been appointed to Elekta (http://www.elekta.com/)’s Nomination Committee. She replaces Tove Bångstad who has left her position at SEB. Anna Ohlsson-Leijon is an independent representative of the Board of Fondbolaget SEB Investment Management AB since three years.
The Nomination Committee that will prepare matters prior to the Annual General Meeting 2011 thereby consists of Åsa Nisell, Swedbank Robur funds, Anna Ohlsson-Leijon, SEB Funds, Ole E. Dahl, Orkla ASA, Laurent Leksell, representing his private and companies’ holdings, and Akbar Seddigh, Chairman of the Board.
