Demonstrates the process for creating a single isocenter plan to treat multiple brains mets using Monaco and Elekta Versa HD. Includes information on selecting a template and loading the template, setting the isocenter and reviewing the template parameters. Discussion of the IMRT constraints are included for the targets and organs at risk and the functionality of the conformality cost function. A description of the Serial cost function as applied to the brainstem to minimize the OAR dose is included as well as multicriterial optimization.
