In order to improve the process for organising visits to the ‘Home of the Digital Linac’, we have created a new and more efficient process comprising two stages. The first step provides general detail about the hospital and what you would like the customer to see whilst they are here. After the Crawley visits team confirm dates, the next stage will be to start arranging the logistics through the web.
Details of the logistics website will be sent once the visits team confirm the dates that you have requested. Please note that the more information provided, the better the visit will be for your customers. In addition, we require a minimum of 2 weeks notice for all visits. We will not accept people at the last minute.
Please do not make any bookings including flights until the team has confirmed your visit date. Once confirmed, you can also organize any applicable visas, accommodation and transport that may be required.
