Please read these Terms carefully because they are a binding agreement
between You and Elekta. (“Elekta” or “We”).
These Terms govern your use of the product and/or services provided by
Elekta. In these Terms, the word “Supplier” refers to the Elekta legal
entity that is offering these products and services and you are agreeing
to these Terms when you place your order. Please note that we offer many
product and services. Your individual Purchase and License Agreement or
Service Agreement will indicate which of the Terms apply to that
particular transaction.
We contract with an eye toward the future. To make it easy, any Terms that
have been agreed previously will also be applied to future transactions,
as applicable. If you expand your use of our products and/or services and
other new Terms become applicable, your Agreement will indicate those new
Terms.
