What is adaptive readiness?

Why RTTs need adaptive education

Adaptive radiotherapy is changing what happens at the treatment console and RTTs need to feel ready and confident.

In adaptive workflows, the patient’s anatomy may look different from day to day. That means RTTs may be involved in more imaging review, more communication with the clinical team, and more moments where they need to know when to proceed, pause, or escalate.
