Since 1994, the share capital has undergone a number of changes.

The total number of shares in Elekta as of March 30, 2012 amounted to 95,226,675 divided between 3,562,500 A shares and 91,644,175 B shares.

One A share entitles the holder to ten votes and one B shares to one vote.
