Facilitating filmless and paperless work practicesIMPAC products from Elekta support the transfer of data from TPS directly into MOSAIQ. MOSAIQ QA Mode offers further investigation of patient data and enables full validation of the actual treatment plan without incurring dose to the patient.
Optimized for IGRT workflow Patient images, portal images, CTs and MRIs are critical to cancer care and are a major component of the MOSAIQ electronic medical record (EMR). On-treatment images including 3D VolumeViewTM can be stored, reviewed, archived to optional PACs devices and approved or changes requested by the Radiation Oncologist, ensuring workflow efficiency is maintained. All correction parameters and table shifts following image guidance can be stored in the EMR.
A single database ensures accuracy and efficiencyThe MOSAIQ verify-and-record module is an efficient quality assurance tool that helps therapists setup and document patient treatments quickly, accurately, and safely, while ensuring that essential treatment information is recorded directly in the patient’s EMR.
| | | Minimizing patient queues and waiting times The MOSAIQ scheduling module consolidates workflow management by centralizing department scheduling and allowing users to enter and view planned activities by patient, staff, location or department. The system also optimizes workflow by automating scheduling tasks and providing a real-time patient queuing and tracking system
Charge capture management and billing supportCharges can be captured throughout the treatment course and be exported for use by an external billing system via a HL7 interface. Likewise, charges captured by an external system can be imported for tracking in MOSAIQ.
ReportingThe MOSAIQ reporting module reports enable customers to implement efficient working practices. Users can customize their own reports to highlight cancer survival statistics, patient throughput, patient wait times and types of treatment supported.
