Carbon fiber breast board 
The carbon fiber breast board ensures reproducible patient positioning in complex and multiple field chest wall or breast techniques. It is designed to simplify repositioning and has excellent rigidity and low attenuation. Set-up reproducibility can be further enhanced by the use of thermoplastic mouldings which can be attached to the breast board and held in place with easy-to-fit side bars.
- Back support adjusts to seven different positions from 0° to 35° optimizing patient positioning
- Indexed location points in the carbon fiber for handgrips, lateral arm supports, hip stopper and head supports (supplied as standard) ensure reproducibility of set-up position
- Lateral area of the board is constructed of a carbon fiber mesh to maximize skin sparing, reduce beam attenuation and ensure visibility of the light beam
- Hip stopper improves patient comfort and further enhances reproducibility of patient position
- Can be located on the indexed carbon fiber tabletop using the universal accessory clamp
- Constructed from lightweight carbon fiber to improve manual handling
- Provided as part of the Elekta standard accessory kit.
Leg supports for patient alignment and comfort 
Leg supports (pair) connect to the accessory rail of the treatment table via a multi-directional clamp mechanism. The rail fixing also allows rotational adjustment of the leg support at the support bar. Supports are fitted with removable, cushioned covers for hygiene and comfort. The leg support can be aligned reproducibly and firmly for each patient, with a universal joint fixing just below the knee brace which allows pivoting in any direction. Provided as part of the Elekta standard accessory kit.
| | Arm supports for all clinical needs  Three types of arm support are available:
- the adjustable arm support easily and securely mounts to the accessory rail of the iBEAM® evo Couchtop, indexed carbon fiber tabletop and C-arm tabletops. The unique locking mechanism does not interfere with the table float motion and allows the arm support to easily slide along the accessory rail and securely lock in place. The telescopic vertical adjustable arm and horizontal arm are graduated in mm increments for reproducibility of set-up
- the arm support attaches to the treatment table accessory rails and allows the patient’s arm to be easily positioned for chest or breast treatments. It is ideal for chest and breast, lateral and oblique treatments, and can be attached to the iBEAM® evo Couchtop, indexed carbon fiber tabletop and C-arm tabletops
- the lateral arm supports for use with particularly broad patients and where treatment areas are extremely lateral on the patient’s body. One pair of arm rests is provided for attachment to the treatment table rails. The perspex panels give additional support to the patient by aligning exactly with the side of the table top all arms supports are provided as part of the Elekta standard accessory kit.
Handgrips 
Handgrips (pair) are a convenient and simple solution for shoulder retraction or rigid arm fixation. Providing comfort and security to the patient, they securely attach to any point on the accessory rails. Provided as part of the Elekta standard accessory kit.
