iViewGT™ Course
Goal
iViewGT™ Course (2.5 days) provides training for Radiotherapy Equipment Operators in the clinical use of iViewGT™ portal imaging system. Participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to operate the complete system effectively. The course does not provide training in the principles or techniques used in Radiotherapy.
Objectives
- Provide a basic understanding of the hardware and software comprising the iViewGT™ portal imaging system
- Facilitate competent use of iViewGT™ portal imaging system for clinical purposes
- Enable accurate preparation of patient, treatment and field details for image acquisition
- Understand the relevant safety issues and system administrator procedures with regard to the daily use of the system
Requirements
- A maximum of 6 course participants, who must attend for the duration of the 2.5 day course at the customer site
- Course participants must understand the principles of, and be familiar with, the administration and delivery of radiation treatment
- Course participants should be those who will be operating the unit in clinical use
- iViewGT™ portal imaging system and Linear Accelerator must be available for training purposes for the course duration

- Course review, discussion, evaluation forms
