Planning

Elekta IMRT is compatible with all 3-D treatment planning systems that have DICOM RT capability. Through a strategic alliance with ADAC, Elekta exclusively offers the ePinnacle system for both forward and inverse planning techniques.

Delivery

PreciseBEAM^® delivers accurate and stable beam control ensuring dose accuracy within 10% for the first 2MU, vital during the sequential delivery of low dose IMRT field segments. Precise Treatment System™ with fully integrated MLC provides 45cm patient clearance, a large 40 x 40cm field size and 32.5cm of continuous leaf travel (12.5cm over center).

Verification

The highest efficiency of IMRT delivery is achieved though integration of all treatment system elements. Reference images may be compared with the daily portal image acquired by iViewGT™, providing real time verification of beam delivery.
