IGRT Clinical Training Program

Objective

To provide clinics with the knowledge necessary to implement IGRT on a routine basis using Elekta Synergy® system. This clinical course fulfils the theoretical and practical knowledge to treat patients using Elekta Synergy.

Clinics looking to:

• Research the benefits and requirements of an IGRT program
• Commence an IGRT program
• Review current best practice to improve existing IGRT program

Requirements

• Attendees must be implementing or about to implement Elekta Synergy in their own hospital to treat clinical patients
• Attendance as a team from each hospital that includes Doctors, Physicists and Radiologists
• The participating team must be familiar with standard radiotherapy clinic practice, treatment planning and physics
