  • By producing an estimate of the anatomy boundary contours needed to create a radiation plan, ABAS significantly reduces the amount of time spent creating and editing patient contours by providing an advanced starting point.

Increased accuracy with STAPLE calculation

  • Unique to ABAS, the award-winning STAPLE (Simultaneous Truth and Performance Level Estimation) calculation applies several individual atlases, enabling multiple segmentations of the same subject to be achieved. These segmentations are combined to create a final unique segmentation, thereby improving result accuracy.

Simple to use, easily configurable

  • With convenient batch processing, any number of new patient images can be contoured collectively at the clinician’s discretion. The DICOM service is easily configurable for import and export, automatically sending results to the desired location.
