Online support for Elekta customers.

SupportPlus is the ultimate portal for Elekta customers, providing valuable support and service information including installation and troubleshooting documents, product upgrade information and training videos. Resources include an extensive documentation library, upgrade information, training material, demo software, product-specific online resources and a customer forum for product suggestions.

SupportPlus also provides My Account, a direct online portal into Elekta Software’s customer database—providing active monitoring of service calls, viewing of service agreements and the ability to open new service calls.

SupportPlus Premium Services reinforce the standard support plan with a full range of premium and consultation services to help customers fully leverage their Elekta system. These services encompass assignment of a site manager, help with configuring and maintaining a test server for pre-implementation validation of new products, and a 3-day technical service visit. Premium Support Services customers have 24-hour phone support Monday to Friday. Premium services are offered as individual components or as a comprehensive package.

  • Both packages provide fee-based access to STRATEGIQ™ consulting services, which help customers maximize their Elekta oncology management solutions.
  • Complimentary advanced training is included in all Premium Support Service packages.
  • Standard package online training resources include training guides, tutorials, videos and hands-on training courses.
