Smooth coordination of patient appointments and staffing resources is critical in busy cancer centers. MOSAIQ Scheduling improves efficiency and expedites scheduling and tracking of patient appointments. Centralized department scheduling allows staff to enter and view scheduling activities by patient, staff, location, department or even multiple resources on the same schedule. Facilities and departments can maintain separate schedules yet share a common patient database for system-wide management and reporting. Staff also can customize schedule views to display only desired information, resources and options.

MOSAIQ automates scheduling tasks and provides auto-find features to locate open time slots, optimize scheduling resources and provide intelligent conflict checking and resolution. At-a-glance, color-coded scheduling rules display which times or resources are restricted for specific activities, meetings, vacations, or types of appointments or patients.

MOSAIQ Scheduling provides a real-time, patient queuing and tracking system. Staff can note patient arrivals for appointments, completed appointments the current location of patients within the facility. Barcode cards also can be used to facilitate patient check-in and tracking.
