Phone Support Hours: Elekta Software provides phone support for Multi-ACCESS and MOSAIQ during business hours, 8:00AM to 5:00PM local time, Monday-Friday. Customers that require phone support outside of these hours may register for 24/5 phone support as part of our Premium Support Package.

Support Call Handling: Elekta Software provides local support numbers based on the current geographic distribution of our customers. Elekta Software phone support is currently provided in English, German, and French during business hours. Elekta Software advises customers outside of the countries listed below to contact Elekta Software support via their local Business Unit or via email at support@impac.com .
