With ImageMerge, an add-on for Leksell GammaPlan, co-registration of tomographic images and functional study data is facilitated by a mutual information algorithm that delivers quick and accurate alignment of image data from a variety of diagnostic sources.

ImageMerge enhances the image information of the presented studies by facilitating the fusion of images from different modalities, such as CT, MR, PET and MEG

Registration results can be viewed with powerful image blending and robust lens visualization tools, and manually manipulated for the best possible fit. Images can then be fused and used for planning.

In addition, users gain more efficient scheduling and optimal work flow on the day of surgery, while also enhancing the safety and confidence of additional treatments.
