Reliability Engineer (m/w)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Establish and implement reliability and lifecycle requirements on new and existing products
  • Analyse preliminary design concepts
  • Lead FMEA activities and use FMEA to define tests, developments tasks and maintenance plans.
  • Recommend and specify design and test methods to achieve product requirements for reliability, availability and maintainability
  • Specify accelerated life testing (ALT) and stress testing experiments and analyze the data generated
  • Model system reliability, availability and lifecycle cost
  • Design and model Risk Control Measure (RCM) based preventative maintenance plans
  • Perform Radiation Hardness Assurance of electronic and mechanical systems and components
  • Analyse Software reliability
  • Gather and analyze field reliability data
  • Perform and support root cause analysis
  • Use FRACAS principles to enable continuous improvement of products and processes
  • Work closely with engineers and designers to ensure that reliability engineering is embedded at all levels of design
  • Contribute to maintenance and development of the company reliability, verification and validation processes
  • Contribute to complete and effective engineering plans and schedules, including planning own activities
  • Schedule own activities to provide engineering deliverables that meet required specifications within timescales and budgets
  • Ensure own designs meet all relevant safety and regulatory requirements, and are formally verified to meet these and other specifications (performance, cost).
  • Understand and adhere to quality system, and introduce improvements to its effectiveness
  • Share knowledge and experience with peer groups in other project teams
  • Plan and maintain progress in improving personal professional competence

 

Ihr Profil:

  • Degree in an engineering or scientific discipline
  • Significant experience and interest in Reliability Engineering
  • Excellent technical comprehension and commitment to acquaint himself/herself with complex technical problems
  • Works structured, precise and interdisciplinary on an own time management
  • Team oriented and reliable character, who is able to work under pressure
  • Fluent in English
