Business Line Manager, Motion Management & Positioning Solutions

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Manage the BAOS Product Management department and deputise for PSC Director and /or Director BLM as directed.
  • Represent and support BAOS BLM and Product Management teams at a clinical and commercial level, and be responsible for the worldwide product management of designated products.
  • Provide trained and competent technical, clinical and commercial product management staff to provide decision support from a Business Line Management viewpoint for designated products and projects as required.
  • Ensure definition and implementation of Product Strategy Plans to enable the business to meet its goals and objectives.
  • Support the regional Business Marketing and Sales teams on complex issues.
  • Manage 3rd party supply & distribution contracts for OEM products, including identification and proposal of new market segments / areas.
  • Take part in the review of the Quality System on a regular basis and assist with audit preparation and resolve non-compliance’s in a timely manner.
  • Define, implement, and execute strategy plans that enable the business to meet its goals and objectives, especially in regards to increased market share and profitability.
  • Be responsible worldwide for Business Line Management and major Exhibition support, ensuring correct positioning and representation of designated product portfolio.

 

 

Ihr Profil:

  • Degree level in a relevant area or suitable background for the position.
  • Broad commercial and clinical knowledge of Elekta and Competitor products highly desireable.
  • Demonstrated track record as a Product/Marketing manager in the medical device industry desireable.
  • Demonstrated team leadership with balanced problem solving and decision making capabilities.
  • Excellent skills in verbal and written communication (English), able to interact and communicate well at a Senior level in a large multi-national corporation at all levels of the business.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally.
